Google trend analysis: The Secret
Filed Under (seo) by admin on 13-09-2007
After reading a very interesting article about seasonal searches I decided to do a trend analysis myself.
I went to google trends and looked at the search trends for ‘napoleon hill’, wallace wattles and ‘The science of getting rich’. The result can be seen in graph below:

Napoleon Hill was thus popular in 2005 already, whereas Wallace Wattles only appears in the beginning of 2007. But let’s see what happens when we add ‘The Secret’ to the analysis:

I finally figured out why they call ‘The science of getting rich’ the long forgotten classic from 1910: people only rediscovered the book when ‘The secret’ by Rhonda Byrne was Published.
So I decided I would buy “The secret” and “Think and grow rich” and blog about these books also. This should broaden up the range of people who are potentially interested in reading my blog. And this is of course the aim of every writer: to get read. That also means I will have to rename the blog a bit. I haven’t decided on the name yet, but that will come soon.
I Also know from the reuniting site that Napoleon Hill advocated sexual restraint (I got this from reuniting.info) , or at least slow and long love making sessions. So I tried to add ’sacred sex’, but this yielded no results. I had better luck with ‘tantra’:
So tantra is an all time favorite. and it performs only slightly worse than ‘The secret’ now.
I personally will be starting with tantra very soon. To give you an idea of the why I suggest you visit the reuniting site. They have a lot of scientific information about the case. There is also a great book that I’d recommend: ‘Peace between the sheets’.
