The creative energy works through the established channels of natural growth, and of the industrial and social order. All that is included in his mental image will surely be brought to the man who follows the instructions given above, and whose faith does not waver. What he wants will come to him through the ways of established trade and commerce.

This is a statement that looks somewhat contradictory to what is said elsewhere: that if a thousand men should still invent something before you being rich, they will. But there are limits off course and that is what he means. At least technology should be in such a state as to almost do what you want to do.

But Mr. Wattles explicitly ays that one can get rich in any trade. It does not matter. But it has to suit you. That is why I choose a new and hot medium. And to do something I always wanted to do: to become a writer. I still have a lot to learn though…
