Visualize yourself getting rich
Filed Under (course) by admin on 26-09-2007
In the last post, we discussed the importance of REGULAR VISUALIZATION.
Unfortunately, this is not as easy as it looks. Visualization is not something everybody can handle at once (most actually find it a complicated and difficult task). Visualization is actually a technique that is very often used for meditation. This in itself learns us a lot, because we can apply all the knowledge that was gathered is this science that has existed for several thousands of years. Modern technology can also help us, but I will cover that later.
Visualization is used as a way of concentrating the mind on a single object. And this is exactly what we want to do: we want our mind (conscious or unconscious) to be concentrated on only one thing: the riches we want to acquire. Furthermore, it has the advantage of communicating our desire in a way that our subconsciousness understands best: images.
Now let’s get to work.
You by now have should have decided what is was that you wanted most (a new house, sports car, money …). It really does not matter. For the sake of consistency, I will focus more on the goal I choose: to get one million dollar.
To aid, it would be best if you could get a picture of exactly what you want. Nowadays, this has become very easy. Just go too google images (ISERT LINK) and search on what you want.
You could download a picture of a dollar bill (or better, a 100dollar bill) of of a check with the amount of 1.000.000 dollar and to ed with, a suitcase full of 100 dollar bills.
You could do the same by looking at magazines or newspapers: cut out the relevant pages and keep them somewhere safe.
In the beginning, it is better to stick to only one image. So choose the one that appeals the most to you and print it or put it on your screen.
Now sit down comfortably and relax. To do so, close your eyes and breathe very slowly. Breathe in and out and feel yourself getting more and more relaxed. You will see that in the beginning this will take some effort, but after some time, a relaxation reflex will set in and you will be able to do this very quickly.
Once you are relaxed, open your eyes to look at the chosen picture. Look at the global picture and try to put it in your memory. Close your eyes. Try now to reconstruct the image in front of your mental eye. Use your memory and imagination. Try to see the image with your eyes closed like you saw it with your eyes open.
Don’t be discouraged if you do not see anything at first, or if you only see it for a brief moment of time and then the image starts to fade. This is fairly normal. The opposite would be more surprising. If the image is gone, slowly reopen your eyes and look at the image again. Try to notice some details that you might have missed before. Close your eyes again and try to see the image before your mental eye.
This procedure of opening and closing the eyes must be repeated for as long as you cannot get a stable image. Once you have achieved that, you have a very strong tool at your disposition. You can now see and imagine anything you want. This means that you can tell your mind to do whatever you like, and he will obey.
Most people think they can already do this, but they are mistaken. And doing this exercise and others that I will propose will prove this point to you.
So stick at the exercise. For some (like for me) this could take weeks or even months before really perfecting it. Remember to imbue you image with faith. The faith that what you picture is rightfully yours. That is is waiting for you to get it.
Do this exercise EVERY DAY!
This is important as repetition is the key to your success.
Be well, Be rich, Be great!
