The MotivAider Part 3

I got my MotivAider in the mail today and I was a bit disappointed. It looks such a tiny thing. But then I started playing with it and quickly found out that it delivered all that was promised: highly and easily configurable (from time between buzz to buzz intensity to display settings).
I also was impressed about the buzz. It is really discrete (something I was afraid of). Although I must admit that when one is in a silent environment and it goes off, people do hear the buzz. My wife always tells me my mobile phone is ringing
and 1 second later she remembers that I wear my motivAider.
So I had to decide on the my affirmations rapidly. I had been thinking on the problem since a few days, and here is a list of all the things I wanted to change with the help of my little companion (in no particular order):
- Improve mindfulness
- Lucid dreaming
- Drink more water
- Do more physical exercises
- Watch my breath
- Get rich
- Get healthy (or stay that way)
- Stop procrastination
- Improve dream recall
- Relax muscles often
- Be full of energy
I thought it was a nice list, So I tried to group them and to put some priorities.
I also did some experiments with taking 3 deep breaths and relaxing my muscles during the day. As this worked fine, I decided to take this as my action point and start from there. Also, It would Improve naturally on points 1,5,10 and possibly on 2 and 9 also. Anyway, it is worth a try.
I decided that I did not need any additional motivation, that to connect the buzz with the reminder: take 3 deep breath would be sufficient.
So now I am experimenting with different kind of timings and intensity settings. Will post on my first results.
