Brainwave meditation: Introduction
Filed Under (brainwave meditation) by admin on 20-08-2008
On this site, I often recommend doing meditation exercises to manifest whatever you want and I heavily promote mindfulness exercises.
However, I also say what and difficult path meditation can be. I have a great tool, the motivaider to help me in my mindfulness practices during the day. However, It still is a difficult practice and the motivaider does not help in the formal meditation practice, for instance the visualization of what you want to manifest.
On the internet you can find an interesting approach to shortcut the difficulties. A cheat way to meditation if you want.
The principle they use is brainwave entrainment. Using audio or video signals they trick the brain in a state that is similar (or the same as they claim) to the one that experienced meditators experience.
Those claims are off course difficult to verify, and so the only way to see if it is true, is to try for yourself.
Over the past moths I tested a few such solutions and I will review them. I also intent to start a posts series on brainwave entrainment and brainwave meditation.
The main reason is that since I tried the “Christ consciousness” track, I finally got some real ‘meditation’ or ‘altered state of consciousness’ experience. I did not have this with other methods I tried. I will detail and share this experience with you also.
