Video section: a nice video

I was skimming through my new video section on mindfulness, and I found this video with Jon Kabat-zinn. it is a talk on given at google tech talks, and covers some scientific facts about mindfulness. A real mind opener and a really good talk. Just what one expects from mister Kabat-Zinn
